Absolutely the BEST experience ever! First time to salon — Reese is extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and so much fun. I could sit and chat with him for hours! Reese cut my daughters hair first. She gave him examples and specific ways to cut her hair. He exceeded her expectations. In her words, “Love it. He smells good too!” When it was my turn, I gave him free rein. BEST HAIRCUT, hands down! He gave me a totally new do, one that I love! He’s a master of the shears! Products used smelled amazing, hair shined and felt healthy. Highly, highly recommend! Alyssa - you did great with the brows too! Thank you for taking care of me. 2nd time: My daughter loved the color + cut for her 18th birthday!! Thanks for making it a wonderful experience as always, Reese!!!

It was an awesome experience from start to finish. I was warmly greeted and offered water while I waited. The massage was exactly what I needed to relax before my facial. I absolutely loved the essential oils and Aveda products that were used. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit!

Dani is incredible! She explained every step of my first dermaplane and made me feel so comfortable. My skin is glowing, the neck/scalp massage was heavenly, and my brows look perfect! Already excited for my next appointment!

I’ve lived in several different cities over the last 17 years and have had many massages at different locations for various orthopedic and back issues. After seeing Marilyn, I feel confident saying most, if not all of the other massages were hardly mediocre in comparison to hers. She breaks it down to a science, explains everything very well, and pinpoints the problem with meticulous precision. I’ve never left a massage from her feeling like a problem area wasn’t resolved. I’ll never go anywhere else as long as she is there. Brandon

Alice at urbane is amazing!!! Hands down the best stylist I’ve had since moving to NE in 2013. She took my inspo photo and absolutely nailed ittt even better than I imagined. She instantly understood my vision, was attentive and caring from start to finish, and made the appointment fly by. She also gave me great product tips, and my hair felt healthier leaving than when I walked in. The bright highlights with copper-strawberry lowlights are absolutely stunning and one of my fav hair colors I've done in awhile now and I got a few compliments on my date night! Thanks again Alice!!! 😊

I was in town on business and needed to get my gel removed. The nail tech was excellent. I had such a great experience I schedule a massage for the following day and the masseuse was spectacular. She was very skilled and kind. Overall, I highly recommend Urbane. I will be back again and be sure to make an appt.

Alyssa was amazing!! So kind and fun to talk to!! And by FAR the BEST lash lift I have ever gotten! I highly recommend! And Alice as fantastic and gave me the most wonderful haircut and gloss!!! Also highly recommend her! :) I always love seeing Alice and chatting with her, she is so great. 1000/10 experience all around!

I was gifted a full spa day last year, which was just an amazing experience in itself. So, I already knew the ambience was on point at Urbane. This time, I booked Marilyn for a very reasonably priced 90 minutes massage. Marilyn has a beautiful soul and greeted me so kindly. Marilyn has a beautiful soul and greeted me so kindly. Alice is a wonderful stylist. She is professional, personable and well trained. She took time to listen during our consultation and made suggestions matched to my wants. She gave me a relaxing shampoo and suggested products along the way that she liked personally. I couldn’t be happier with my haircut a blowout. I liked Alice’s personal hair style and vibe. I’m looking forward to booking with her again in the near future when I am back I town.
